The PEWC Foundation

Supporting the equine community and beyond — through scholarships for postsecondary education, and through direct help for people going through a hard stretch, every year since 2009.

What the Foundation does

The Foundation does two things. The first is to help people in this community go on to further education. The second is quieter and matters just as much: when somebody in the equine world hits a genuinely hard patch, the Foundation is able to help directly. It has been doing both since 2009.

Scholarships

Applications are for postsecondary education and are open to the equine community. They are mail-in only and must be received by October 1 each year. Awards are presented at the PEWC Finals in Verndale, Minnesota.

Support during hard times

The Foundation also provides monetary support to individuals in the equine community facing difficult circumstances. If you know somebody who needs help, contact the office.
